Energy infrastructure purpose-built for AI compute.

Fortuda is building the physical layer that connects stranded energy to the AI supply chain. We are looking for investors who understand infrastructure and want exposure to this convergence.

The Investment Thesis

More demand than the grid can meet

AI compute requires power the grid cannot deliver on the timeline the market needs. Stranded wellhead gas is an untapped source with no competing use case.

Real assets, contracted revenue

Every Fortuda deployment is a physical asset generating electricity and compute capacity under contract. Revenue is tied to gas purchase agreements and compute SLAs, not speculative demand.

Repeatable, scalable unit economics

Our units are standardized and modular. Each deployment follows the same playbook. Site identification, gas agreement, permitting, deployment, operations. The model scales across any basin with routine flaring.

First-mover in a defined geography

The Williston Basin is our initial deployment region. One of the largest sources of routine gas flaring in the U.S., with hundreds of qualifying wellsites identified.

How the model works

Fortuda identifies wellsites where gas is being routinely flared. We negotiate fuel gas purchase agreements with the E&P operator, then deploy self-contained generation and compute units on the existing pad.

On-site gas conditioning prepares the fuel. Purpose-built generators convert it into electricity. That power feeds liquid-cooled GPU infrastructure co-located in the same unit. All of it operates behind the meter.

Revenue comes from two streams: the gas purchase creates value for the operator, and the compute output is sold under contract to GPU buyers. Fortuda owns and operates the full stack.
